We make no warranties as to the accuracy or the suitability of this information as it relates to personal circumstances or any other particular purpose. Materials herewith are copyrighted by CERMARK or the information provider from which we have permission to use the material. Information, graphics, logos, or protected identification of CERMARK should not be reused, replicated, re-distributed or used in a hyperlink without the expressed written permission of the CERMARK.

Payment is not charged until your item(s) are ready to be shipped within 24 hours.

(4) Wire transfer (specific International regions)

Sorry, COD orders are not accepted.  Walk in customers are welcome during business hours.
Backorder:
You will be notified if an item you ordered is not in stock. Backordered item is automatically shipped without additional postage and handling when it becomes available.
Returns: (Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted)
You must contact us for a Merchandise Return Authorization, MRA, number prior to returning anything.  Items returned must be in original condition with all original packaging and manuals. All returned items subject to a 15% restocking fee. CERMARK does not refund shipping charges nor insure your package’s arrival.  Please do what is best to ensure your package’s arrival in proper condition.  Please note: CERMARK reserves the right to refuse services on non-authorized and/or undeclared sourced product.

Defects and repairs:

CERMARK requires copy of original invoice + serial # (whenever available) + store information) prior to both warranty and non-warranty services.  Since CERMARK is not responsible while your package is in transit, please make your shipping decisions wisely.

(1) If you purchased the defective from CERMARK then, you have a choice of contacting CERMARK or the manufacturer directly for warranty service instructions.

(2) If you purchased the defective item from your hobby dealer then, you have a choice of working with CERMARK directly or through your dealer for detailed service instruction.

(3) If your defective item is of unclear or unauthorized origin, please be aware that CERMARK reserves the right to;

(a) refuse inspection and/or service,

(b) require additional fee for inspection and/or repairs. 

(c) turn the item to US Customs or manufacturer for inspection.  At which point CERMARK can no longer be liable for your item.

Shipping damage:
If you receive a shipment with damage, SAVE all packaging materials and contact Cermark immediately for instructions.  If the damage is obvious, please refuse the package from the delivery company, and contact CERMARK immediately.
