Methods of payment:
Payment is not accepted until your item(s) are ready to be shipped within 24 hours.

(4) Money Order or Cashier’s check (requires 2 business days)
(5) Wire transfer or prepay (required for specified International regions, due to International credit card fraud)
Items are shipped within next 48hours. If they are not available, our staff will contact you to notify you of status and alternatives. You will not be charged until the items are to be shipped. Method of shipment will range from US postal service, UPS or Fedex. Tracking information will become available upon request 24 hours after the shipment has left CERMARK warehouse, except the cases when US Postal service is used.
You will be notified if an item you ordered is not in stock. Backordered item is automatically shipped without additional postage and handling when it becomes available.
If you receive a shipment with damage, SAVE all packaging materials and contact CERMARK, (562) 906-0808, immediately for instructions. If the damage is obvious, please refuse the package from the delivery company.
